CES logo and CES Eco park brand are exclusive property of Honkajoki CES Singapore PTE. LTD. Our logo, brand, plans, designs, photos, images and other IPR’s of ours are being used illegally.

By now we know, and can prove, that our former shareholder has founded a competing company in UK and uses our exclusively owned brand CES Eco park as his company name, uses it as a brand, and also he uses our logo and confidential factory designs, as well as other IPR’s owned by us. He claims on his website and social media that he/his company owns the logo and brand in question, even though he knows full well that they are all the property of our company. We can of course prove our ownership of these IPR’s. For example our logo is registered by us already in 2019, and now he claims that it is his logo because he has managed to register it in UK in 2025 by misleading the trademark authority in UK.

With all of these actions, he and his partners violates agreements and laws in several ways, and uses our trade secrets illegally. With these actions, he and his partners are trying to mislead investors into investing in to his company, a company that has nothing to do with the technology and business in question.

Also our former business partner in Australia is using our brand illegally in his company’s name in UK. He also knows full well that CES Eco park is our brand and exclusive property of our company.

We have informed the relevant authorities, and both criminal investigations and civil proceedings have been initiated in several countries.

Please, be careful, and inform us of all communications from individuals and companies using our IPR’s. Thank you for helping us to protect our brand and IPR’s.
